I personally don't have a favorite booty exercise but I am definitely a big lunge fanatic. I love ALL the different lunges (especially gliding or lateral ones) because they really boost the booty but also because they help my lower body endurance so I don't get tired when we go on 8-10 mile hikes up mountains on our adventure hiking trips.

The video here is the first in a series of love your booty videos that I'm filming for this contest and for Valentine's day and includes some of the best gliding lunges for a bigger rounder booty and slim waist. If you have any questions that you want me to cover in this series which ends on Feb. 14, 2014 feel free to post those in the comments section too.

Thanks for having this contest. I want to know if the squat is really the best exercise for a better butt. I tried the squat challenge and it worked for a while then my results stopped so confused about squats and lower body exercise in general.

thigh issues

I know lots of women want to get bigger booty without bulking up their thighs but my legs are so skinny. I need to build muscle. Do these gliding disc band moves work for that or do I stick with basic leg exercises? I need bigger butt and bigger thighs!

I am a cone body type and so frustrated with doing lunges squats and all the stuff you hear everywhere and just getting an even more athletic build. Is it just impossible for me to get a butt?

trouble maintaining small waist

I saw that pic you posted on fb and can totally relate to how different the abs and waist can look based on training and diet. I am a ruler too and wonder if I should just stop trying to get a smaller waist (mine is about 26" but would be nice to go smaller). It's been a challenge to get it smaller without also losing my butt. Should I just give up?

I am one of those people who looks pregnant all the time. It is because I have pads of fat right over my tummy and my hips, plus my hips are kinda rotated forward from sitting and weak abs and butt. By working on my butt and abs, my alignment will change so I am not sticking my belly out all the time, then it is just a matter of getting my body fat percentage down a little more!
So, that is my motivation.

Looking for a program to follow to drop a few sizes. Stress has kicked my butt and even though I eat fairly well I've packed on the pounds again. Money is tight so I've been searching for additional things to include in my daily routine. This program that you've put together looks good and exciting!

Thanks so much for continuing to post your questions and goals. The exercises in this video are great for burning that stubborn waist fat, targeting your deep abs (corset muscles) without bulking up the core and they work your booty too.

The tips I shared in this video also cover the basics of how to build sexy lean leg muscle without going overboard and bulking up the thighs. The same tip applies to building a booty which I forgot to mention in the video.

tactical lunges and ?

Just wanted to say I have this workout plan and crazy about dancing and tactical lunges. I have been doing the same basic lunges for a long time and not getting great results but learning all these new exercises in your ebook and videos has really helped me get a better booty. If I enter to win can I just get the bonuses that now come with this plan. I got the original plan on sale last year : )
