The best thigh slimming exercises for slim thighs are squats, lunges and cardio intervals but to get the lean toned lower body that you want you need to stick with the more dynamic versions of these exercises and you must combine them into challenging continuous work circuits like the ones below.
A continuous work circuit is a circuit that includes 3-4 exercises that target one specific area of the body (i.e. lower body, upper body, core) without rest for an extended period of time.
It's what dancers do for 12 hours a day that gets them the lean toned body that so many women want. The reason this is so effective is that you are using resistance exercises that sculpt lean toned muscle to burn tons of fat and calories without rest for 20-30 min.

The reason dancers and athletes have such beautiful and slim toned thighs is they move their bodies the way that human bodies are designed to move.
They don't just stick with robotic up and down or front to back movement patterns. They move in all planes of motion and most importantly combine basic movement patterns into more complex movement patterns that challenges the body in many ways.
A good thigh slimming workout should target every inch of your lower body from every angle possible while also improving cardio endurance, core stability, balance, agility, and so much more. The more dynamic your leg workouts the more likely you are to sculpt slim toned thighs.

It doesn't matter how challenging or how hardcore a workout is, or how much it's worked for some ultra lean toned celebrity or fitness guru on youtube....It won't work unless you're eating clean.
You don't need to diet or starve yourself or cut out entire food groups from your diet but you do need to eat 100% clean at least 80% of the time. It also helps if you're eating right for your metabolic type.
