  • 8 oz water

  • 2-3 tbsp raisins or chopped dates
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (any type)
  • 1 scoop acai goji green superfoods powder
  • dash cinnamon, all spice, ginger (any other spices you like)

Soak chia seeds in water for 5-10 minutes making sure to stir a few times.  Blend coconut almond milk, apple, greens powder and spices.  Add chia water and yogurt and blend until smooth.  This smells and tastes similar to an apple pie but is loaded with fiber plus has healthy fats, and protein.

  • 8 oz cold green tea (use matcha green tea powder if you prefer)
  • 6 oz coconut almond milk
  • 5-6 cucumber slices
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 scoop acai goji green superfoods powder
  • 1/3 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Soak green tea bag in cold water for 5-10 minutes making sure to stir it a few times to get all the green goodness out of it.  Discard tea bag and blend green tea with coconut almond milk, cucumber, mint, greens powder, and vanilla whey.  Add honey or other sweetener if you like.   Serve over ice.
