Slimming body wraps may help you lose inches and detox temporarily but body slimming superfoods wraps help you detox, burn fat daily, plus lose fat and inches permanently. They also boost health and make your hair thick, long and shiny and your skin clear, radiant, and tight.
I first heard about slimming body wraps when I was on vacation in Jamaica. It was on the spa menu and my ex-husband offered to buy me one as well as a massage as a treat. This sounded very relaxing and since we had just spent 5 days living it up on South Beach I figured it would help me detox and maybe lose a few inches of bloating too.
So I got a massage plus a slimming body wrap and definitely felt slimmer and more relaxed afterwards. The scale at the resort gym even showed me that I had temporarily lost a few pounds (of water weight of course).
The problem with quick fix body wraps or waist slimmers or waist trimmers or 24 hour detox diets is that the results NEVER last so you're basically paying for a temporary fix.

veggie wrap: quinoa, black bean, tomato, avocado, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salsa, sprinkle of shredded mexican cheeses wrapped in collard green leaf
caesar wrap: grilled rosemary chicken, anchovy, garlic, very few croutons, sprinkle of shredded parmesan, lemon juice, wrapped in 2 romaine lettuce leaves
The great thing about wraps is they're quick, simple, filling and healthy especially if you use mostly superfoods and only use small amounts of non-superfood ingredients (i.e. sprinkle of cheese, 3-4 croutons, 2-3 tbsp rice).
