sexy figure stretching strategies

I recently filmed a live sexy stretch session on my private feed for small group of artists. When I posted a pic of it after on my performer feed I got a really great response and decided to share the same pic over in BADASS workout challenge fb group and on instagram as well.

I just really loved the look of the picture but the more I thought of it the more I realized the value of this practice was in what I did before in order to go really deep into stretches that I knew would help me recover from hard workouts and have better workouts all week without pain without excessive soreness without a tight back etc.

So the secret to intense stretching for a sexy body is taking a really hot bath with a special bath powder to relax both your muscles and your nervous system. The bath powder I use is really amazing and contains a blend of: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Arrowroot, Epsom Salt, Bentonite Clay, Hibiscus, Cacao, Coconut Sugar, Skullcap, Vetiver, Spikenard, Savory & Niaouli.

I mix this powder with a bit of gardenia bubble bath because I love bubbles in the bath but you don't need to do that. I stay in the bath at least 20 min. which is incredibly difficult for a busy body like me. Immediately after that I put on some sexy stretching music and get into floor mobility and foam roller stuff for 10 min. then get deeper into yoga poses for another 25 min. focusing on hip flexors, glutes, core, and back then hamstrings quads and chest openers at the end. Total time about 35 min.
