Are you rectangle or cone body type who wants to lose fat around your middle while sculpting a round firm sexy curvy booty? Here's a killer butt exercises superset from my butt makeover workout plan love your booty.




The flatter your butt or the harder time you have maintaining your booty the more weight you need to use with this exercise and the slower your tempo should be (3 counts down 1 count up is a good tempo for both of these moves).

Also you can use any weight you have or prefer. I'm actually thinking about getting an adjustable 20 lb weight vest so I don't need to hold weights while I do these moves anymore.

If you're a pyramid or hourglass body type who just wants to firm and lift the butt and tone your entire lower body then you can do this butt makeover superset too just use no weight, move at a much faster pace and don't do this type of superset as often as you do total body or upper body fatloss workouts.
