motivational workout mantras for your best body ever

by monica

Do you have motivational workout mantras that keep you focused on your fitness goals or that keep you focused during your workouts? A workout mantra can be one word or a short phrase that gets you off your butt on days when you're thinking about skipping your workout. For example:

Just do it
Earn your body
No excuses

It can also be a phrase that gets you through a challenging workout when you just feel like giving up or not really pushing past your comfort zone. For example:

I can do this
Quitting is not an option

A workout mantra can also be something more personal that empowers you to be your best self and do what is best for you.

I will accomplish whatever I choose to accomplish
I choose to believe in me
I will be led by my dreams
I will be fueled by passion
I deserve greatness

Once you have a couple of workout mantras be sure to post them where you'll see them or get your personal mantra engraved on jewelry that you can wear every day until you reach your goal. This is a nice motivational gift to yourself that can help you get your best body ever with fewer setbacks and drama. Remember that what you feed your mind/soul every day matters too.

Post the personal mantra you would have on your personalized jewelry and enter to win a copy of my Lose Belly Fat Fast ebook. Giveaway starts 12/13/2012 and ends 12/20/2012. Winner is chosen randomly on Contest open to women 18 years or older.
