booty building tips

Hi Adriana thanks for posting your question. Great job on the belly fatloss. I know it feels a bit discouraging to have lost your butt and hips. The good news is now that you are leaner you can focus on building some nice booty muscle mass to get the butt and hips looking more curvy AND doing this will help you keep the fat off your stomach too. One of my favorite workouts to do this is the best booty exercises for a killer butt circuit.

This circuit is hardcore intense so if you are new to giant circuits start with a lighter weight then work up to as heavy as you can handle.

I also recommend thrusters which I recently featured over on ybff instagram and fb. If you're not following me there be sure to follow. I post booty workouts exercises and tips pretty much daily.
