If overweight men and bodybuilders can grow manboobs then women can most definitely get bigger boobs with exercise! The female body is naturally curvy especially when your hormones are balanced due to healthy eating habits, a healthy lifestyle and the right type of exercise for the lean and curvy female body shape you desire.


The question of how to lose fat without losing the boobs or chest and the question of how to sculpt a more hourglass curvy shaped body are questions I get asked quite often. These female body makeover issues were actually what motivated me to create your best female figure plan and this entire website.

Sculpting a firm full looking chest is a problem that many of my female clients and girlfriends of all ages with and without kids struggle with when attempting to burn fat or makeover their bodies.

Some of my clients and friends actually felt so awful about their small cup size, sagging and/or shrinking chests that they underwent painful surgery for bigger boobs but in the end a majority of my friends or clients who got augmentation were still unhappy with how their bodies looked. One of my friends even had to deal with terrible scarring and an infection that made her sick for a very long time and she still felt out of proportion even after she healed.

The truth is you don't have to resort to dangerous surgeries to get a better looking chest. The trick to natural breast augmentation is to add some serious muscle mass to your pec major muscle with exercises that also burn ab and back fat, and that improve your posture to give the illusion of an even bigger chest. You must also achieve or maintain upper athlete range body fat in order to prevent too much fatloss since breasts are primarily fat).

This sounds complicated but it really isn't especially if you're eating healthy superfoods meals that promote chest boosting hormones. Did you know that many women lose breast size or don't develop enough due to hormonal imbalances caused by poor eating habits and unhealthy lifestyle habits?

Ever notice how most figure competitors and female bodybuilders lose their boobs and have to get fake ones? That is also caused by hormonal imbalances that are necessary in order to drop the bodyfat below 13% (low bodyfat in women is not natural no matter what the figure-chics like to believe).

This is why a hormone balancing healthy meal plan and healthy levels of bodyfat matter even more if you're trying to get a lean but more curvy and sexy body shape vs. a ripped athletic boy body.



Get started with the best exercises for bigger boobs pictured above and in video. Just one day a week if you're a cone or ruler and 2-3 days a week if you're an hourglass or pyramid should do the trick. These exercises have helped me maintain a B cup looking chest even after I lost 30 pounds of baby weight and now that I've lost an additional 10 pounds of fat. At my leanest I had always naturally been a double AA but that is no longer the case and it's because of the type of upper body workouts I do and the healthy foods I eat.
