Hey! Thanks for all of the info! I am not sure of my body type because I am overweight. But my bust and hips are about the same, however I have tire for a stomach, where my natural waist is a dip so its like )( but a bulge at the bottom making the love handles and the curve is smaller.
I want to lose weight but mostly in my midsection, and to tone up my inner thighs and arms and back. I have recently changed my diet and now replace both breakfast and dinner with a nutritious green smoothie and lunch is lean and green, I'm never hungry on this diet. For exercise I mostly walk, do squats, and waist whittles (callentics)...but I need a workout plan,
I don't want to lose any of my hips! And I want a curvy waist! I currently wear a cincher when I am doing cardio but when I plan to get a bodysuit to sleep in. I totally plan to buy your ebook!!! But I don't have the funds just yet so I wanted to know what can I do now that will get me keep my hips, round out my bum more, and eliminate lovehandles while keeping a curved midsection?
