Still doesn't change the fact  that to change your body this much you need extreme surgery. Heidi Montag has had more surgery in her 20s than most celebs in their 50s to change her ruler body type to an hourglass body.  Her before pic is actually also an after pic of surgeries she had in past years.

Of course you can change your body type from a cone or pyramid or ruler to hourglass with plastic surgery and steroids but what about naturally? The answer to that is sorry but NO. I'm not going to lie to you like trainers and "fitness gurus" on other sites do and tell you that you can completely transform your natural ruler body type to an hourglass or from cone to pyramid or from pyramid to ruler or any other b.s. you hear all over the place.


What you CAN do is manipulate your body type a bit with the right foods and the right exercises to get it to look more curvy and sexy naturally which also has the added benefit of a positive body image and better self esteem!

Doing what is right for your natural body type is key to getting a sexy body YOU love because when you learn how to eat better and train smarter for YOUR unique female body you just stop caring about what you don't have and focus on what you CAN have.

You stop trying to "change" your body from skinny to curvy or curvy to super lean or skinny fat to ripped or from ruler to hourglass or whatever it is you're thinking you need to be right now to be happy.

Feeding both your body and mind the fuel they need to be healthy and happy and giving your body the movement it needs to balance your body shape will free you from this ridiculous notion that you need to "change" your body with exercise and surgery or steroids to achieve some random beauty ideal or fitness ideal.

When you focus on doing what is healthy and right for YOUR unique body you just get your best body naturally and without all the body image drama you see everywhere else. You stop caring about other people's body and beauty standards forever and you free up tons of energy for other amazing things that don't revolve around diet and fitness.

Imagine that, getting YOUR best body without stressing or hating your body, then being able to just live your best life in a body you love. That is a much better goal than just achieving the currently popular body shape, body measurement or beauty ideal which just changes from decade to decade.
