My  name is Monica Neave and I am an ISSA specialist in fitness therapy with over 15 years of personal training experience helping women in Tucson and online get healthy, body confident, and fit for life.

I specialize in weight loss, fat loss, corrective exercise, functional training, yoga for health wellness posture and flexibility.  I also have experience working with clients recovering from various forms of cancer and I teach Pilates & Cabaret Dance Fitness for parks & rec in Oro Valley.

what I love to do when I'm not training clients

When I'm not busy working with clients, writing fitness ebooks, running my fitness sites or filming workouts for my fitness youtube channel then I get outdoors and hike all of AZ.  

I also take aerial dance and burlesque dance classes and love to travel to places where we can swim, walk, kayak and hike some more!  The pic here features some of my favorite hikes in Kaui and Colorado as well as kayaking Lake Powell.  

I've also been dancing since I was 4 years old and started training consistently when I was 15 so I love being active with my family friends and clients too.
