My bodycon metcon workout is so good that the entire workout article I wrote about it was copied word for word by a Vancouver health club website! I found out while researching the term bodycon for a brand new bodycon 2.0 workout designed to help women burn fat, strengthen and tone the entire body plus boost body confidence.

Now usually it doesn't bother me when personal training studios and health clubs who can't write or design their own workout plans copy my stuff because they ask me first or at least they print a byline and link at the top of the article crediting me and my site for the info but these guys didn't do that which in my opinion is kind of rude not to mention copyright infringement.

But I guess I can't be too upset about the fact that some big name health club wanted all their members to have access to this workout which is one of the best workouts from Your Best Female Figure plan.

I did extensive research to create this plan and worked so hard to design it, write all my own exercise descriptions, take all the pics AND film all the workouts that go with it so it really is that good that a fancy health club just want to steal it for their members : )

Workout Instructions: 10-20 reps of each exercise followed by 150 jump rope intervals then repeat 2 more times. This is just one way to do it. My ebook includes two other workout options plus various modifications for each exercise so there are endless ways to do this workout. I'm actually using a super advanced version of the bodycon workout to boost my endurance for our big hiking trip next month. Want to know why I called it bodycon workout?


Because it gives you the body and the confidence to rock the bodycon dress trend. So doing this workout the right number of times for your body type will not only help you look great it will help you feel confident too.
