This is a quick but challenging circuit that combines dynamic fat burning exercises that also strengthen and tone your entire body with extra focus on your butt, legs, and core. It's a combination of exercises I learned while getting my ballet and Pilates certifications. It also includes a few fat burning yoga moves that strengthen and lengthen your entire body.
This circuit is so simple. Just perform 5-10 reps of each warmup exercise in the video then continue with the 6-8 reps of each exercise in the circuit. After one circuit rest for 30 sec. then repeat 2-3 more times. The more you take your time with these exercises the better results you'll get. Watch the videos for more instructions and tips.
